The product range
Seven products that make up one complete routine: cleanse, treat, moisturise and protect. Distributors buy at half the retail price.

Goat Milk Soap: retail R100, distributor price R50
Brightening Serum: retail R160, distributor price R80
Deep Moisture Day Cream: retail R120, distributor price R60
Anti-Blemish Night Cream: retail R120, distributor price R60
Natural Cream: retail R160, distributor price R80
Vitamin E Glow Oil: retail R120, distributor price R60
Sunscreen SPF 50: retail R140, distributor price R70

How distributors earn

1. Retail profit
You buy products at distributor price and sell them at retail price, keeping 100% profit on every product you sell. For example, you make R80 profit on every Brightening Serum and R50 on every Goat Milk Soap. Your profit is earned the moment you make a sale.

2. Team commission
When you invite others to join, you earn commission on your team’s purchases. The levels you earn from depend on your rank:

Level 1 (your direct recruits): 20%, from Starter rank
Level 2: 10%, unlocked at Team Builder
Level 3: 8%, unlocked at Team Leader
Level 4: 5%, unlocked at Manager
Level 5: 2%, unlocked at Director
Level 6: 1%, unlocked at Executive

3. Rank bonuses and monthly salaries
As your team grows, you can move up the ranks and qualify for once-off rank bonuses and, from Manager level, a monthly salary:

Starter: your starting rank, earning 20% on Level 1
Team Builder: R6,500 team sales and R670 personal sales. R1,000 rank bonus.
Team Leader: R14,000 team sales and R1,200 personal sales. R2,000 rank bonus.
Manager: R40,000 team sales, R2,100 personal sales and 5 active direct recruits. R5,000 rank bonus and a R4,000 monthly salary.
Director: R80,000 team sales, R2,800 personal sales and 10 active direct recruits. R10,000 rank bonus and an R8,000 monthly salary.
Executive: R120,000 team sales, R3,500 personal sales and 15 active direct recruits. R20,000 rank bonus and a R12,000 monthly salary.

Targets are measured monthly. Monthly salaries are paid only while rank requirements are maintained. Earnings depend on your own effort and sales.

Important information

Delivery: Products are delivered through Embo’s courier partners. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. In some cases, you may also collect your order from an Embo office or authorised stockist.
Payouts: Commissions, bonuses and salaries are paid according to Embo’s compensation plan and payout schedule. Keep your bank details up to date in your back office to avoid delays.
Staying eligible: Your account must meet Embo’s terms and plan requirements to stay eligible for commissions, bonuses and other benefits.
