Refund policy

If there's ever an issue with your order, we're here to help and will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any items that came with the product.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used microphones and audio accessories
  • Earphones or headphones
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without their original packaging

We also do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery delays alone do not qualify for a refund unless your parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier.
